How far in advance do I need to order my cupcakes? 

Generally 4-5 days notice is preferred but if you know in advance when you need your cakes its better to contact us sooner so we can make sure we can accommodate your order. For weddings and very large orders please get in touch as soon as possible. If you have left it a bit late give us a call anyway and if we can we'll try our best to accommodate your order.

Can you do me a special design/theme.

Of course. The world of cupcake decorations is endless, so give us a call and we can discuss options to suit your needs. Costs may vary.

How long do your cupcakes last?

Ideally they are best eaten straight away, but if you have a few left over they will keep in an airtight container for 2-3 days.

Do your cakes contain nuts?

Our cakes are cooked in a kitchen where nuts are used so we can not guarantee a nut free environment I'm afraid. Sorry!

Can I collect my order to save paying delivery?

Yes you certainly can. We are based in Romford Essex . Directions will be given when asked.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept cash or cheques (if sent in advance). We require 30% deposit for all bookings, with the balance being paid a week before delivery. For wedding orders the balance is due 4 weeks before delivery.

Do you provide a design and set up service for weddings?

Design and set up charges start from £20 depending on the location of the venue.
